1 Trade Show booth with 1 Representative – $775.00
Booth rental includes a decorated table, 2 chairs & electrical power.
2 Trade Show booths with 2 representatives – $1,550.00
Each booth will include a decorated table, 2 chairs & electrical power.

Registration is done in two parts; After completing the booth purchase on our website you will receive an email with a link to the Tradeshow floorplan where you will select your booth and complete the registration process. The information that you provide in the second part will be what is available to all conference attendees.

Trade Show Hours:

Monday April 25 – 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Tuesday April 26 – 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM

To ensure maximum attendance at the Trade Show

On Monday a light meal is provided in the trade show area
On Tuesday lunch is held in the trade show area
There are no presentations scheduled during trade show hours

Trade Show booths include:

10 ft x 10 ft space
6 ft decorated table
2 chairs
one 120 volt electrical outlet
drape dividers

Trade Show Set Up

Monday, April 25 – 9 AM to 5 PM

Trade Show Tear Down

Trade Show Tear Down must be completed by 5 PM - Tue, April 26 - (no exceptions).

Additional Tradeshow Booth Guests

Please make sure to add all of your additional booth Reps as guests during the registration process!

If you do not immediately know the names of additional guests in your booth you must let us know as soon as possible so that the registration can be updated.

Banquet Tickets

Please ensure that you purchase the correct number of Banquet tickets during the registration process.

Sunday, April 24 - 6 PM to 9 PM

Monday, April 25 - 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Supplier/Trade Show packages will be available for pick-up during this time period
