TRADE SHOW HOURS

February 23        5:00 PM. – 9:00PM

February 24        11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

      • Lunch will be held in the Trade Show Monday and  Tuesday at noon
      • There are no presentations scheduled during the Trade Show hours to maximize delegate traffic.
      • Our conference app and Lead Retrieval complimentary with all registrations
      • Gamification gets more delegates visiting your booth
      • Opportunity to purchase tickets for special events Monday and Tuesday evening.

Your Trade Show Booth Includes

  • 10’ x 10’  Draped Booth
  • 8’ high Back Wall
  • 3’ high Side Arms

Comes with:

  • 1 – 6’ Decorated Table
  • 2 – Folding Chairs
  • 1 – Electrical Outlet
  • Single booth includes One (1) booth representative registration
  • Double booth includes two (2) booth representative registrations 


The MWWA is able to host a Silent Auction each year during the Trade Show thanks to the generous donations from our Trade Show attendees and other industry partners. The proceeds raised from the auction are donated to our Charity of Choice WaterAid. If you are able to contribute an item for this event please bring it to the registration desk on-site.
