Trade Show Hours:
February 24th – Time: 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 pm
February 25th – Time: 12:00 noon – 3:00 pm
Monday evening at 6:00 pm a light meal will be provided in the Trade Show area, and on Tuesday lunch will be held in the Trade Show area, all designed to maximize delegate traffic to your booths.
(As is our policy – there are no Sessions scheduled during Trade Show hours).
Trade Show Set Up: Monday, February 24th – 9 to 5
Trade Show Tear Down must be completed by 5 pm -Tue, Feb. 25th - (no exceptions).
Registration: Opens Sunday, February 23rd at 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
Supplier/Trade Show packages will be available for pick-up during this time period, as well as on Monday, February 24th from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Trade show booths include: 10 ft x 10 ft space with a 6 ft decorated table, 2 chairs, one 120 volt electrical outlet & drape dividers.
Only 1 plug-in per booth is provided, if you require more than 1 Plug-in please bring a Power Bar.
Please - no outside food or drink in the Trade Show area.
