Virtual Classroom - Instructor Led

September 29, 2026  9:30 am – 10:30 am. (CST)

CEU Credits: TBD

Class Format

Virtual classes are offered in real time with a live instructor. When you are part of a virtual class, your instructor is able to provide the interactive classroom experience from your own computer. You can participate in discussions, test your knowledge and ask questions, just like in a regular classroom. These classes run similarly to a live class and are a great option for those people interested in completing their training in a typical timeframe.

Participants will be able to:

  • Ask questions about their own RO systems and operational experiences.
  • Share challenges and lessons learned with other operators.
  • Review real-world troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Discuss emerging technologies, maintenance strategies, and operational improvements.
  • Receive practical guidance from experienced RO professionals.

Who Should Attend

You should take this course if you:

  • Operate, maintain, manage a water or wastewater facility that uses RO or will be using RO in the future.
  • Require continuing education units (CEUs) to maintain your Operators Certificate
