This course is intended for operator training and/or as preparation for the Manitoba Wastewater Collection Class I or Class II Certification Exams. Topics include: A brief review of Foundations material, WW characteristics, Collection system purpose / design, Piping / Trenching / Bedding, Odor & Corrosion control, Manholes / Lift stations, Cross connection / Backflow prevention, Pipe inspection / cleaning / rehabilitation, Chlorination, Testing / Sampling, & Wastewater Collection mathematical calculations.
