Water Quality Sampling & Testing in Water & Wastewater

This one day workshop will help operators understand how, when and where to take water samples, the basics of microbiology, bacteria and human health implications as well as transport and laboratory requirements. Data interpretation and regulatory issues will also be discussed.
This workshop is presented by Bob McAlpine B.Sc. P.Biol. Bob is an independent water quality consultant with many years of experience in the water & wastewater industry and worked as a technical adviser for Thames Water Utilities Ltd. in the UK.

In the event of attendee no show, refunds will not be issued. If you are unable to attend after having Registered for any workshop - please let us know before the Monday, April 1st, 2019 deadline. Otherwise you will still be responsible to pay for the full amount of the course.
Participants in this workshop are eligible for 0.6 CEUs under the Manitoba Operator Certification program.
Course fee includes lunch, refreshments and course materials.
The Manitoba Water and Wastewater Association will not assume any responsibility for injury, loss of life or lost or stolen articles at any MWWA function by delegates, exhibitors and/or speakers.
Participants must be in attendance for the duration of the class in order to receive their CEU Certificate.
