Course Description Detail

Collection System Odour and Corrosion Control

This one-day course has been designed to give collection system operators an understanding of the causes of sewer odours, corrosion, and the various control techniques.

What will be covered?

• Causes of odour formation and corrosion

• Hydrogen sulphide awareness and

• Odour and corrosion resolutions.

No refunds or cancellations after October 31st, 2017. Please ensure that payment for the workshop has been received by the MWWA office by Friday, November 3rd, 2017.

Participants in this workshop are eligible for 0.7 CEUs under the Manitoba Operator Certification program.

Course fee includes lunch, refreshments and course materials.
