Annual General Meeting Lunch – $2,000.00
Coffee Break Sponsorship – $500.00
Delegate Bag Sponsor – $500.00
If your Company already has Conference bags available that would be suitable for this category - we would accept your product UPON APPROVAL - along with a payment of $500.00 (rather than the $3000.00). You must be able to provide a minimum of 350 pieces.
Lanyard Sponsor (supplied by Company) – $500.00
Your Company must be able to supply the MWWA with a minimum of 350 Lanyards. Items must be pre-approved and received by the MWWA no later than February 15th, 2019.
Lunch Bag Sponsor – $2,500.00
If your Company already has Lunch bags available that would be suitable for this category - we would accept your product UPON APPROVAL - along with a payment of $500.00 (rather than the $2500.00). You must be able to provide a minimum of 350 pieces.
Opening Ceremonies Sponsor – $1,000.00
Sunday Night & Wed Tour Transportation sponsorships – $1,000.00
Sunday night Meet & Greet Sponsor – $2,000.00
Tuesday Banquet Entertainment – $3,000.00
Tuesday Post-Banquet Hospitality event – $3,000.00
